Shipping Policy

Inked Scroll Creatives ships USPS First Class, and Priority (including International shipments), plus UPS Ground.  NO Express shipping method is currently available. 

Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

International Shipping

​

International purchasers are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, service fees, and brokerage fees, in addition to shipping cost paid at the time of purchase to Inked Scroll Creatives.

Processing Time

​

Although we ship orders as swiftly as we can, order processing time can take up to 2-3 business days.
Please note that the number of days noted on the USPS Priority shipping method at check-out indicates the carrier's estimated transit time in business days. This does not include order processing time, which can take 2 to 3 business days after the order is placed.


Address Errors

Please double-check your delivery address entry.  Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses can cause delay in your shipment and/or cause the package to be deemed undeliverable. Re-shipping and replacement costs due to incomplete or incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Requests

If you believe there is a problem with the Inked Scroll Creatives product, please email inkedscrollcreatives@gmail.com, and we will respond promptly.

All returns or exchange requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days from the date of delivery. We may pay for return shipment costs on a case-by-case basis. Refunds or exchanges will be issued after a satisfactory inspection of the item(s) has been performed. Please include original packaging with your return or exchange.
